We inspect our meat cases daily to ensure they are filled with the freshest, highest quality products in all of Ventura County. As you enter our store, you will notice the broad selection of All Natural Beef, Pork, Chicken and Turkey products. Our unique line of signature items continues to expand, and includes our ever popular homemade sausages. Although we pride ourselves on carrying a wide assortment of items, we are happy to accomodate special orders and listen to new ideas. We will do our best to provide exactly what you are looking for.

Tri-Tip

Our Tri-Tips are famous in Ventura County for being consistently tender and bursting with flavor. We inspect, trim and season each roast to ensure it will be delicious.

Sausages

Did you know we make all of our sausages onsite using our own recipes? We often experiement with new combinations. Sausages are one of our signature items and are flying out the door!
