Each of our Prime Rib roasts is hand cut, perfectly seasoned
and then hand-tied. Cooking instructions are calculated and written on each package to guarantee success.
Tip: Although our roasts are excellent without any sauce, a delicious dipping sauce can be made by combining Sour Cream, pure Horseradish Sauce (not Prepared), and salt (optional). Vary the amount of horseradish to alter the heat factor. Pick up a bottle of Fred's Pure Horseradish in our store.
